Booking

The Cofton Village Hall complex consists of 3 separate rooms which can be booked separately or as part of a package for larger events. Dimensions of the three halls are:

Main Hall – suitable for larger events, classes, parties etc 16 x 10 metres

Community Hall – suitable for smaller events 8 x 6 metres

Meeting Room – suitable for small meetings of just a few people 5 x 5 metres.

See our rate card below for details of prices for hiring the halls at different times of day and days of the week.
A discount of £2.50 per hour will be applied to all Cofton Hackett residents with the correct post code.

Rooms are available for hire between 8am – 10pm for general activities, but parties are restricted to an 8pm finish. Hire periods must include set-up and clean-up times.

To book one of our rooms please use the calendar below to check availability, simply click the ‘+’ icon to select your date then follow the instructions to create a booking request, this will then be checked and confirmed/declined by our bookings team. Once approved we’ll send you an invoice, a deposit of 30% or full payment (if the event is less than 6 weeks away) made by bank transfer.
Please note that a security deposit will be required for all single events, this must be paid at the same time of the final payment (no later than 4 weeks before the event). The deposit amount will be written in the comments of the Invoice.
