Holly Wells from HL Therapy, who runs pilates and yoga classes at Cofton Village Hall, is preparing to return with her normal weekly sessions from May 17th.
Holly has already had lots of experience in dealing with how coronavirus restrictions and social distancing impact on her classes, having returned as soon as she was able following the first lockdown.
“Everyone has been brilliant at social distancing and entering/exiting with masks on, using sanitiser and checking in with track and trace. Both myself and the venue are taking all measures to ensure people are safe.”
“I am planning to return to normal weekly classes in May and am really excited about seeing my participants again. I’ll be adding some extra Saturday classes and some evening events too, once dates can be arranged, and as always they will be Yoga and Pilates with a twist!!”
“I think the social interaction will be just as important to people as the physical exercise. This time around, I feel people have really struggled being isolated for so long. It will be great to see smiling faces and hear people laughing again.”
